Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or other special dietary options?

Currently, we do not offer gluten-free and vegan options. We are working to be able to provide these options to our customers in the near future.

How far in advance should I place my order?

For custom cakes, we recommend placing your order at least 2-3 weeks in advance. For larger events, we suggest booking 4-6 weeks advance to ensure availability.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

Yes, minor changes can be made to your order up to one week before the pickup or delivery date. For significant changes, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your needs.

How much do your custom cakes and cookies cost?

Prices vary based on the complexity of the design, size, and flavor choices. Please contact us for a quote based on your specific requirements.

Do you offer shipping or delivery services?

Yes, we offer delivery services within a specified radius of our bakery. Delivery fees vary based on the distance. Please contact us for more information.

What should I do if I need to cancel my order?

If you need to cancel a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least one week in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than one week in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
